All Financial Services Pty Ltd (AFS) services have been developed and refined to impact the changing needs of the marketplace. Our services are applied with a touch of common sense and practicality, with the focus being on meeting Client needs, with a diverse range of services all under the one roof.
AFS has developed a holistic approach to Financial Planning, Risk Management, General Insurance and Mortgage/Personal Finance Broking. Formed in its current form in 1998 as a result of amalgamating four companies in a strategic alliance, AFS offers a wide range of associated services at the one location. AFS adopts a consultative process, focused on gathering information from our Clients, to determine their short and long term goals.
Once our Clients objectives are understood, we develop a roadmap in partnership with our Clients, to guide them successfully in achieving their goals. This winning formula has given AFS market positioning that is envied by our competitors. AFS employs 13 staff including 4 Financial Advisors, 2 of which are CFP qualified, and a team of 3 Paraplanners and Admin staff.

Experience:
Nadia Pearce has been in the Finance and Insurance Industry for over 5 years. Starting with Goldman Sachs JBWere in Adelaide, she moved into the Financial Planning Industry as a Wealth Manager at National Australia Bank in Darwin after moving to the Northern Territory in 2004.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)
- Currently studying Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)

AUTHORISATIONS
Nadia Pearce is authorised to provide financial product advice and deal in the following:
(i) deposit and payment products limited to:
- basic deposit products;
- deposit products other than basic deposit products:
(ii) life products including life risk insurance products as well as any products issued by a Registered Life Insurance Company that are backed by one or more of its statutory funds;
(iii) interest in managed investment schemes including investor directed portfolio services;
(iv) retirement savings accounts (“RSA”) products (within the meaning of the Retirement Savings Account Act 1997); and
(v) superannuation
Risk Advice:
Aon Wealth Management Limited may be entitled to receive commissions and other benefits, paid to them by the companies, upon the placement of policies. The Insurance and Superannuation Shop Pty Ltd will receive a percentage of these commissions and benefits.
